Do I need proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test to attend an event at the Columbus Civic Center?
No. The Columbus Civic Center requires all patrons to wear face coverings while not consuming foods or beverages, but does not require vaccination, proof of vaccination, or a negative COVID-19 test to attend events.
Where are my seats?
All fans are seated on the Western side of the arena after entering from the Eastern side. Seats are first come, first serve, with the exceptions of the following restricted areas that fans cannot enter: East side seating, Hall of Fame area, upper levels of the Civic Center including hospitality suites and the East side concourse, the catering room in the event hallway, and the press box/broadcast booth.
Where should I park?
The Columbus Civic Center has ample parking for all its events. The most convenient way to access the Columbus Civic Center parking lot is on the north side of the building from Veteran's Parkway and Victory Drive. There is a $5.00 parking fee for most events (football games and hockey games are excluded).
Do you have accommodations available for those with disabilities?
Yes; the Columbus Civic Center has up to 77 seats that are handicap accessible for events. as well as special needs restrooms and an elevator for patrons to use.
